Rapunzel's Birthday Sky is a Hexagonal Power Disc which, when placed on the Disney Infinity Base, allows the player to change the Skydome in the Toy Box.
Additionally:
It is available in Disney Infinity 1.0 and later.
When selected via the Sky Changer, the background music changes to an instrumental version of "I See the Light".

I show you the all pictures and describe any known flaws and will answer any questions, so you can be the judge. I find no discrepancies outside of normal shelf wear which is to be expected.
